Golden hour and blue hour are two popular times for photography. Golden hour is the period shortly after sunrise or before sunset when the sun is low in the sky and the light is warm and soft. Blue hour is the period of twilight before sunrise or after sunset when the sky is still illuminated, but the sun is below the horizon. Both times offer unique lighting opportunities for photography, and it's worth experimenting with both to see which works best for your subject and vision.
